It's our day to day home and we hope you will feel at home while staying here. Guest access Guest can access the whole house (except small office space on the first floor + basement room which is closed off). The basement has 1 guest bedroom (double bed), 1 office/gym, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 utility room with washer/dryer. Ground floor has a large kitchen + dining room with a large dining table. First Floor has a 1 family bathroom (with a bath), 1 tv lounge, 1 kids bedroom (queen bed). Second Floor has 1 master bedroom (super king bed) + ensuite bathroom. There is also a great garden with 2 patios, sun umbrella and BBQ. We have 2 parking permits available for the house for street parking. Please get in touch before your stay and let us know the car registrations. There is no physical card for the cars, all done via an app. Just message us if you would like to get access to parking. Other things to note Rubbish & Recycling: General bin is just outside the back gate in the alley way (large green). Recycling is in the grey garden box at the end of the garden: Blue bags - for cardboard Small green bin - food scraps Green Box - Glass & Paper Green Box - Plastic (packaging) If you are only here for a few days, feel free to leave the recycling to us.
