The space The house: Relaxed two bed roomed cottage with well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. Bedroom Layout: A double bunk which can be configured to your liking in one room, and a queen sized bed in the other. Linen provided. A double queensized airbed mattress is also available depending on the needs of guests, as well as a portacot. Laundry with washing machine and tub as well as clothes drier, washing powder provided. Lounge includes large couch with access to DVD library, games and books. Split system air con. Woodburner with wood. WiFi access. Large outdoor area with trampoline and BBQ as well as outdoor furniture. Help yourself to the herb garden. Parking available. Things to do: Ocean Grove golf club with restaurant (2 min walk) Ocean Grove bowling club with restaurant, sports bar and gaming (2 min walk) Boat Ramp, Barwon River (2 min walk) Main surf beach (10 min walk) Main shopping area with great cafes and supermarket (15 min walk... downhill on the way back!) Only a short drive away is Adventure Park, Victoria's biggest theme park, as well as award winning vineyards and wineries. Try the Flying Brick Cider House or the restaurant at Oakdean winery. Fishing at the pier or fish and chips on the beach. There's something for everyone. Baby bath/change table/cot is available on request.
