Simple, cozy studio apt on level 5, with a comfortable outlook. Most suitable for stopover for work or leisure. Lovely comfortable new bed and mattress. The neighbourhood is amazing and location is best in downtown Auckland Viaduct. This is a place to rest your head when you need a day or two. Simple + sufficient setup, no wifi, no Netflix on tv. It’s a me-time place to just be alone whilst being in the city :) The space Great place for a stopover in the city. You will feel right at home. Other things to note This apt is located at the heart of auckland viaduct with lots of restaurants, bars and commercial buildings within walking distance. Also available within walking distance is the ferry terminal, britomart train station and public bus plus taxis. Please expect noises from being in the heart of the city where most people want to be at. There is no water view from this apartment, but you are located on the Wharf so if you walked out of your apt to the main street and along the side of the complex which is on the wharf itself, you can see water all around :) there are restaurants along the wharf too to enjoy further water views. It gets hot anywhere in summer so please expect it when you are staying during summer. This is not a hotel so there is no central aircon system. Thank you :) :)
