Sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with exposed beams & open plan living with kitchen & dining areas, bathroom with roll-top bath/shower, outside courtyard, luxury covered hot tub & stone pizza oven/barbecue. An old Estate cottage set within a National Trust area offering magical woodland walks, cycling trails, nearby golf & many other local attractions & amenities nearby. The space Downstairs is laid out open plan with kitchen and dining area, a lounge area with wall mounted Smart TV and log burner for cosy nights. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted TV. The bathroom has a roll top bath and over bath shower. The property has a private enclosed courtyard garden with luxury hot tub and there is also a pet station with hose so you can wash your dogs down after a muddy walk. Outside there is allocated private parking for one vehicle. Free wifi available with smart TV’s provided in all rooms. Guest access Local attractions are all easily accessible and parking to such are good. The local town of Bodmin offers an excellent range of supermarkets and has a range of smaller shops up through the high street. Doctors surgeries, dentists and chemists are all found in Bodmin. There is free parking for one vehicle Other things to note Services We offer services to all guests, in addition to the usual cleaning and provision of towels, linen etc. We are happy to offer a free concierge service and will happily offer advice, book restaurants, organise shopping and assist with celebration planning. We can arrange for flowers and other surprise items on arrival and will generally help in any way we can. To facilitate requests, we ask that you please give as much notice as possible. You’ll need to bring your own towels for the hot tub. Both bathrooms have a hand towel and we provide a bath towel per person but you may wish to bring extras, particularly if you intend to use the hot tub
