Araucária House in PENEDO (Cachoeira de Deus)

House in an environmental protection area, located in Alto Penedo near Cachoeira de Deus. The house is a 10-minute drive from downtown Penedo and 20 minutes from the lower part of Itatiaia National Park. Very quiet street in the midst of nature with easy access, view of the three peaks and a short walk to Cachoeira de Deus. The house has two floors, with a gourmet area (barbecue, pizza oven and wood stove), two bedrooms and an office overlooking the Atlantic Forest. The space Dogs are allowed in the yard. The backyard area is fenced, so dogs can't run away, and we have a covered porch where they can be protected from the rain. Other things to note Because it is located in an environmental protection area, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and sound systems with loud music so as not to disturb the fauna.
