This well-located studio is modern, well appointed, highly functional and very comfy! Includes fully equipped kitchen, wifi and 55” Smart TV. Secure undercover parking and laundry facility on site. Kitchen basics provided. It’s a short walk to all St Kilda has to offer, including Albert Park Lake, Acland & Fitzroy St entertainment precincts, Luna Park and Port Phillip Bay. The tram stop into Melbourne CBD or to Balaclava train station is a 3 min walk away. Cafe around the corner. The space Its cosy but light filled and very well designed so you have everything you need, including a full size shower, fully functional kitchen with all the extras (including a dishwasher!) plenty of storage, a very comfy lounge and table to relax on and watch the big screen and a functional desk for meals or screen-time. There's a window for open air, plus a ceiling fan and radiant heater so every type of Melbourne weather is covered! We have taken extra care to ensure the bed is super comfortable with lighting, chargers and bench space behind you to relax and enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to a dedicated car space in the secure undercover car park (remote provided) plus an additional outside carpark (also secure). The building also has an in-house laundry facility (washing machines and dryers) plus an open air, ground level common deck area inside the complex. Once inside the secure building complex, there are two common access stairwells to the 2nd and third levels. Other things to note Please note unit 301 is on the 3rd level of the 3 storey building - there are two stairwells on diagonal corners but no lift. The stairwells are however secure, carpeted and have very good lighting at each level, plus are also naturally lit via windows on each level. One stairwell is accessible from the secure carpark (accessible via Barkly Street, St Kilda) , the other from the main front entrance on Alma Road St kilda.
