Guest suite on entire top floor, ensuite included

You'll have the top floor of the house completely to yourselves. The separate living space is easy to access, via a staircase just inside the front door. Our home is located in peaceful Coniston. Wollongong is a 5-10 min drive away. Coniston train station is a 15 minute walk. The space The bedroom sleeps two with a king size bed. The lounge area has a large TV with regular free-to-air channels (not smart tv). Both of these rooms have a sea view. There's plenty of storage space should you need it. The compact bathroom has a toilet and a shower with towels, soaps and a hairdryer. There is a little bar fridge, perfect for a few bevies and a microwave. We use high thread count 100% cotton linen, sensitive skin washing products and high quality non toxic cleaning products. WiFi included. Guest access There is lots of space to park directly outside the house. We live on a quiet residential street. Other things to note We have 2 young kids. They are usually pretty quiet!
