Private bedroom Queen W/Toronto Western Hospital

The space I have a private bedroom available for short term rentals of 28 - 60 days in a 135 year old renovated Victorian townhouse. Room has a double bed, 2 closets, spacious dresser, small desk and chair and free WIFI. Always clean 100% cotton sheets, towels and robes provided. You will share a large bathroom with one other person - me :-) Separate shower stall and deep claw foot tub, and a heated floor! Vibrant Queen St West is just a 2 minute walk away - ( 200 m) For all those visiting medical folks Toronto Western Hospital is a 8 minute walk away! Guests have use of the kitchen and I only ask you clean up after yourself :-) Smoke free and pet free home. Close to : Queen St 's many restaurants, cafes, shops, yoga studios,galleries, Trinity Bellwoods Park, grocery stores,pharmacy, hospital, Kensington Market, Little Italy, Chinatown, Entertainment District, streetcars within 3 -5 minute walk to Bathurst, Queen and Dundas. Iron and ironing board. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash supplied. Guests staying for 2 weeks and longer have use of laundry facilities in the basement. I can help/advise you as much or as little as you would like. I will try to accommodate earlier check in times when my freelance work allows me to work from home or if the room has been unoccupied that day.
