Subway 4 blocks away The space ★ About the Apartment: The apartment has been recently renovated, has modern decor and is very bright and well ventilated. It comfortably accommodates four people, two in a double bed in the Air-Conditioned Bedroom, one in the Service Suite in a single bed and another child on the Living Room sofa. We have an extra double bed, which can be set up in the Living Room, for 2 more guests. You can (and should) make coffee, snacks or dinner in the Kitchen, which is well equipped and has a lot of things that are essential for your comfort: Refrigerator, Electric Coffee Maker, Gas Stove with 4 Burners and Oven, Blender, Kitchen Utensils, Pots and Pans, Dishes & Cutlery, plus a Clothesline. Really complete! ★ About the Building: The building is located on Av. Oswaldo Cruz, 96, a tree-lined street in Flamengo. In 5 minutes you can walk to Aterro do Flamengo, which is a great place to walk or run and enjoy two of the city's biggest postcards, which are Pão de Açúcar and Cristo Redentor. There are two supermarkets nearby as well, one of which specializes in fine products and the other in vegetables and healthy foods. The building is family-owned and the people are polite and quiet. Concierge until 8 p.m., Security Cameras and 4 Elevators. ★ About the Garage Space and Parking Option: Easy to park on the street. The apartment has no parking space. ★ About Public Transportation: Two minutes from the apartment there is a bus stop for the entire Marvelous City and it is easy to catch taxis. It's four blocks from the subway. Have fun! The water in the sink is not drinkable. ★ Rent for 1 guest or couple — If rented to one person or a couple, the entire apartment is available, except for the Service Suite with its Bathroom. ★ Appliances and Gas Appliances — If there is any problem with any of these appliances, the repair may take a few days, as we do not have a maintenance service in the building. ★ Hygiene Supplies — We provide shampoo, liquid soap for the sink, and toilet paper. If you forgot to bring a pad, conditioner, or anything else, we have a straw basket in the bathroom. We can see if there's anything that can help you. ★ Bathroom — The bathroom door has a spring in the lock so that it is always "leaning". IMPORTANT: In order not to disturb the neighbors, please keep the Sandbag, which dampens the noise, when the door is closed. ★ Shower — The Social Bathroom shower is gas-powered. The one in the Service Bathroom is electric. ★ Guests — Each extra guest, when authorized, has a daily cost provided for in the listing, starting at R$100.00, plus Airbnb fees. Even if it's not for the night, it's just for "Day Use". ★ Kitchen — If you want to cook, you will have access to a pot and frying pan, dishes and cutlery. Feel free to use basic supplies such as oil, salt, and spices that are available on the kitchen counter and in the refrigerator; and anything you have forgotten in your purchases and that you have in the apartment such as soap, cleaning products, etc. ★ Extra Cleaning — If you want extra cleaning, please let us know. The cost is the same as in the ad. ★ Commercial Film and Photography — Guests must not use the accommodation to make films or photos that are intended for commercial use or generate profit without the documented permission of the Host ★ Gas — IMPORTANT: The Service Area window must be kept OPEN as a prevention and safety measure against burned gas. And the Yellow Valve of the Gas Heater must be CLOSED when not in use, and the pressurizer must be UNPLUGGED from the outlet. ★ Still on Gas — The Gas Heater pressurizer is operating in MANUAL mode ONLY. ★ Intercom — Dial 94 to speak to one of the building's doormen. ★ First Aid Kit — Medications are in the bathroom cabinet drawer. ★ Cleaning and Tidying of the apartment at Check-out (HUD Note) — Kindly leave the Accommodation in the same tidy conditions you found it and the Furniture in the same position. Trash disposed of in the Elevator Hall bins and Dishes washed.
