My apartment is both family-friendly and welcoming, tastefully decorated and fully equipped for your stay. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, and a modular sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 4 people with an area of approximately 33 m2. It is air-conditioned and located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful secure building with an elevator. Additionally, you will enjoy the spacious terrace of over 11 m2, surrounded by greenery, very pleasant and well-appointed. In the main room, you will find: -A recent sofa-bed, updated in 2026. -Air conditioning -A designer table & 4 chairs -HD television -Personal Wifi access -A large quiet terrace, facing south, with table & chairs, lounge area, and plants. The kitchen is fully equipped with: -Nespresso coffee machine, toaster -Microwave & convection oven -Fridge & freezer -Ceramic hob with extractor hood & utensils / tableware -Plenty of storage space. There is also a bedroom for 2 people, equipped with: -A comfortable double bed, 160cm wide, with bed linen provided -Electric shutters -A closet / wardrobe -Storage space -Access to the terrace and plants. Public parking GRIMALDI or LOUVRE are just steps away from the flat, or street parking around is chargeable via parking meter, except on Sundays and in the evening. I can provide you with a link to an excellent luggage storage service, if needed, upon request. Only one set of keys is available for guests. A second set is available UPON REQUEST and prior reservation with an additional fee of €24, payable through Airbnb. The sleeping arrangement in the living room is a comfortable modular sofa that can be converted into a mattress on the floor for 1 or 2 people. Please take note of this before making your reservation. A baby travel cot is available UPON REQUEST and subject to conditions. Additional charges apply, prior to your stay.
