This rental is the lower level (850 sf) of this home consisting of 2 bedrooms (1 K, 1Q), 1 bath w/shower, full kitchen w/eating space, living room w/TV, bonus room w/full size futon & bookshelves w/books, VHS tapes, DVDs, kids games, etc. There is a private entrance on the private covered patio and a locked door at the top of the stairwell to provide privacy for our guests. Guests have access to the entire lower level, private covered patio w/gas BBQ, plenty of seating, 2 gravel parking spaces holding 2 cars each, a grass yard, and access to the adjacent grass parking lot, as needed.
