Great value 2 bedroom unit in the heart of Coolum, 3 mins walk to Beach, Shops, supermarket, Cafes & Restaurants. Air Conditioning in the living area and fan. The unit is on the top floor and has an outdoor deck/balcony with amazing sea breezes and outdoor fan for still days. Comfortable beds and mattresses and blockout blinds, plus fans in the bedrooms. Very well appointed kitchen. WIFI, Netflix Undercover secure parking, Storage. The space The building is mainly owner occupied and long term tenants. Ours is the only Airbnb property. The pool is generally not in use nor are the gardens. There is a lovely garden bench to read. The garage has a secure storage cage. We are happy to move furniture around according to the guests needs, including removing some of the furniture if not needed. There is a desk in the second bedroom (I have not taken a photo yet) that can be placed anywhere in the unit. All windows have screens to let it fresh air but no bugs and can be left open at night as they are security screens. Guest access The property is very secure. There are 5 different keys: To the property itself To the garage area (plus a remote control) To the unit outdoor area To the unit itself : one for the security screen and one for the main door Other things to note We, the owners, use the unit when it is not rented, and by ensuring that we are ourselves comfortable we have taken care that our guests also have everything they need.
