You could be awoken by Betty our ostrich possibly pecking on your window alerting you that a delicious breakfast awaits you.While you wait for breakfast; the donkeys and zebras will come by for a treat fed to them from your hands. Have your cameras ready to take a selfie with our zebra's & donkeys Eat, Drink and be Merry having run of all shared common areas The space The Dragon’s Lair room is a fairy tale of stories written long ago. Your imagination can take you from fiery flying dragons to lands of magical fairies, a magic wand to use while you are here, puppetry entertainment to Knights and their ladies. The gorgeous black slate bathroom will transport you to an underground cave with a soothing late night shower. The outdoor space-------- Lions, Tigers and Bears-Oh my-not exactly, BUT we do have 2 zebras, 2 wildebeests, 3 gazelles, 3 Oryx's, 2 Ostriches and 3 donkeys. We call them our children; love and care for them madly. When you stay here, YOU will have the opportunity to observe them as free animals and even walk among them- We have built a paradise and enjoy sharing it with beautiful people like you! You may encounter the animals as your enjoy your time at our fire pit, gazebo, pond, forest area or walking the land. All rooms have a huge window where the animals can be observed walking to and fro. The rooms are spacious with on-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. We provide very clean and luxury bedding. Your room will be sparkling clean!! We have 3 themed rooms in the house. (The Wild Safari Room, The Dragon’ Lair Room, & The Peacock Forest Room) that are available to book If the room you are looking at is booked- Please check out o The other 2 rooms on Airbnb. We also have a large media room with 3 large beds available as a SPECIAL OFFER-ONLY CONNECTED to The WILD Safari Room -MUST BE A combined booking with THE WILD SAFARI ROOM ONLY!!! Ask for details. 2 (or more) day booking is required. Guest access When you are here-we treat you like family. You have access to the entire house (except our bedroom-office). You are welcome to hang out in house outside of your room. You are welcome to cook in our kitchen, exercise in our little gym. Relax on our back porch with its various tables and chairs. You are encouraged to play pool and or ping pong- use our propane grill and even our smoker-(must bring your own pellets) The back 40 acres is yours to explore. You are welcome to fish in the pond. You are welcome WELCOME!!! During your stay In the house we can't help but socialize as you are staying in our home. We however give you all the space you need to enjoy your time here as desired. Some folks like to be more private and stick to themselves-of course after a great breakfast-- Other folk really enjoy talking and mingling with us which is ok by us. We greet you at the door and take you to your suite. We then officially welcome you with a sincere desire to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. We give you animal handling tips on how to interact and feed the animals. We provide the treats to feed the animals. We are easy going and easy to get along with. We really enjoy being an Airbnb host as we have met some of the finest people ever to walk the earth!! I'm sure that includes YOU!! Other things to note OUR BED and BREAKFAST ACTUALLY SERVES A HOMEMADE BREAKFAST by your BnB hosts- Myra and Colin. . We offer our guests a traditional breakfast of eggs, breakfast meats, bread, coffee, juice, tea-etc; If you desire a different type of breakfast or a dietary concern-ask, more than likely we can accommodate your request.
