If you are a large group or a large family then Villa Ariadni is exactly what you are looking for. It is a comfortable three-storey maisonette, located right in front of the beach and 250 meters from the center with shops and harbor. In an area of 180 m², it can accommodate up to 12 people. Renovated in 2022 and special emphasis has been given on functionality and comfort. All rooms are characterized by modern design and subtle simplicity. The space The ground floor has a comfortable and spacious living room with fireplace and 3 sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a terrace in front of the garden that allows children to play safety and adults to relax and enjoy their meal or drink. The 1st floor includes 2 bedrooms (one with a double and one with 3 single beds) and 1 bathroom with shower while the 2nd floor includes 2 bedrooms (one with a double and a single bed and one with 2 single beds). All floors have balconies with view. Finally at the back of the house there is a paved courtyard with outdoor dining area and the Barbeque. The Villa includes air conditioning in each room, satellite TV, 2 refrigerators, cooker, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi Fi, Barbeque. Its advantages are its seafront location, the balconies with view and the backyard where you can comfortable grill.
