Located on the 1st floor of a small building, without elevator, this apartment is ideal for a stay with family, friends or alone. Its location at the gates of Paris will allow you to know the Capital and its surroundings like your pocket! The dwelling was completely renovated in 2021, the common areas need a little renovation (landing tiles) and a refreshment (paintings) planned for the end of summer 2021. Please remember that you are staying in my apartment, not in a hotel. Please respect the space and the neighborhood. If there is a problem, I will do my best to act as soon as possible. This apartment sleeps up to 4. If you are less than 3 people the sofa bed will not be prepared, if you nevertheless want to have a bedding kit for the sofa bed therewill be an additional 12 euros per night.
