The great location means you are only a 10minute walk to the famous Cadbury chocolate factory and the centre of Bournville Village with its shops and parks. Stirchley with its micro brewery’s and bars and the university of Birmingham are a 20 minute walk away, Selly Oak train station is a 15 minute walk away and Edgbaston cricket ground is 10 min drive away. Birmingham city centre is 2 miles away. The space The house has fantastic space, including 2 lounges, open plan kitchen and diner, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for 11 adults to enjoy comfortably. The large open plan lounge seats 8 adults and also has the addition of a log burner, pool table, dining space for 8 and bi-fold doors to the rear garden. A second smaller lounge is also located downstairs. Both have televisions with access to the Virgin TV basic package. The modern, well equipped kitchen consists of wine fridge, 3 ovens, induction hob , dishwasher, hot water tap and luxury bean to cup coffee machine. There is also dining space seating 11 and bi-first of door access to the rear garden. There is also a utility room with sink, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The large garden features 2 seating areas, a swing set, table tennis, trampoline and football goals. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with super king bed (currently undergoing renovation) and en-suite bathroom with separate whirlpool bath and shower. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have double beds and bedroom 5 has a king size bed. Bedroom 6 is a double sofa pull out bed (more suitable for single occupancy). A further bath/shower bathroom and additional shower room service these remaining bedrooms. The house also has gas central heating operated via a nest system with the kitchen having heated floor. Wi-fi is also fully available throughout the property. Guest access The house is accessed with self check in via a key safe at the front of the property.
