Enjoy modern amenities in your remodeled, 700 sq ft, private apartment on the lower level of our home. Full kitchen, separate bedroom and a shared backyard. The space Your guest apartment is a complete private apartment with its own separate entrance. It is located on the lower level of our well loved, 1922 Craftsman house. We live above the Airbnb. You will hear footsteps and some daily living noises (cooking, conversation, squeaky floors, etc.), as is normal for a duplex house. We observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Local coffee, eggs, milk and butter are provided for a breakfast. Fully stocked kitchen with a full size stove and refrigerator. The bedroom has a walk-in bedroom closet. We can store your luggage should you arrive early or leave later then check in/check out times. A shared washer and dryer is available. If you would like a longer stay than 10 days, please contact us. The ceiling height is 6'7". If you are well over 6' this not be comfortable in this space. Guest access Use the light rail to get downtown, to the stadiums to watch a sporting event or attend a concert, shopping on Capitol Hill or traveling to the University of Washington and the airport. Ample street parking is available at all times if you are driving a car. We are conveniently located close to I-5 and I-90. We are in a city. You will hear freeway noise, trains and airplanes outside. The apartment is well insulated and quiet. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. We offer free Netflix. We do not have cable tv. We have high speed internet to stream your own subscriptions on a Roku TV or from your own device. Please no scents, perfumes or colognes.
