The house is located about 5 minutes by tuk tuk or car from downtown San Pedro La Laguna, and about 7 minutes from the lively area, where you will find restaurants, bars and shops. The property is located in the mountains, on the outskirts of the San Pedro Volcano. As we are in a natural environment, we are in the habitat of the local fauna; although the house is protected, it is normal to see harmless insects and butterflies in the surroundings and occasionally inside the property. To enjoy the stunning views, you need to climb some stone steps to reach the property (the steps are about 20 centimeters high).
