Private Log House with Hot Spring, Pet-Friendly

VILLA ATAMI-Maruta- is located near the Atami Japanese plum garden, offering a completely private, pet-friendly log house with a dedicated dog run, a natural hot spring bath, and a sauna. It is only a 4-minute drive from Kinomiya station and 9 minutes from Atami station. This house was renovated in December 2021 and is impeccably clean and tidy. The space Enjoy a charcoal BBQ on the porch while your dog enjoys the dog run. Our hot spring bath is a particular highlight, where you can appreciate the serene bamboo surroundings and indulge in a relaxing natural hot spring experience. We provide bathrobe for your convenience. If your luck, you might even catch a glimpse of the breathtakingly beautiful stars. Pet charge information: ・Up to 2 dogs are allowed free of charge. ・For more than 3 dogs, there is a charge of 【2,000 yen/night per dog】.　*Max:5 pets. ・If you have a giant breed dog, please contact us in advance. ・Kindly consider noice levels after 9PM out of respect for the neighbors. If you have a large group, VILLA ATAMI-Nagomi- is also available, located next to this accommodation. It can accommodate up to 14 guests, allowing your entire to stay together. The living room and bedroom feature walls built with logs, providing a warm and cozy ambiance with the natural touch of wood. The bedroom has a playful design, and the open-air window in the living room adds to the relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom features a unique layout with three steps for the bed. On the first step, there are two single beds, on the second step, there is one double bed, and on the third step, there is one semi-double bed. To access the different steps, there is a ladder from the first to the second step, and a net that is designed to be very safe from the second to the third step. If you have any physical conditions that may make it difficult for you to navigate this layout, we recommend considering alternative accommodations. The house layout consists of a 2LDK design, including a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 Japanese-style room, a bathroom, and 1 toilet. Guests are invited to utilize the amenities available in the kitchen, such as the microwave, oven toaster, a rice cooker, pots, fridge, and coffee grinder. The host takes personal care in selecting the coffee beans, ensuring that you can savor a special brew that has been freshly roasted within the past two weeks. *HOUSE The house layout consists of a 2LDK design: 1F: Japanese-style bedroom, Indoor bath, Outdoor bath, and a barrel sauna. 2F: Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, and a bedroom. A traditional Japanese hearth called "Irori" is available for use. If you wish to use it, please bring your own charcoal. *AMENITIES We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. □Bathroom Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash □Dressing room Bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, toothbrushes, combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and body towels *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a rice cooker, coffee grinder, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. 
A coffee set is also provided. *SHOPPING There is a grocery store named Atami MaxValue, conveniently located about a 6-minute drive away. Since there are no delivery service and no grocery stores nearby the accommodation, we suggest that you consider purchasing any required items before your check-in. BBQ BBQ is available from 9:00 to 21:00 using a charcoal grill. The fee is 1,500 yen per stay. Payment can be made by credit card using the QR code provided on site. *The facility is uncovered, so it cannot be used in the event of rain. However, you may bring your own tarp. Lights outside will automatically turn off at 9:00 p.m. Please be punctual. Sauna A barrel sauna is available. The fee is 8,000 yen/day. Payment can be made by credit card using the QR code posted at the entrance of the sauna. Please pay by credit card. You need to wear swimsuit. Please be aware that if it rains, the BBQ won't be available due to the absence of a roof. However, you're welcome to bring your own tarp. Additionally, the exterior lights will automatically turn off at 9:00 PM, so kindly ensure your BBQ activities are wrapped up by that time.

ou can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Standard broadcast TV channels are also accessible. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage. *WIFI 
We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty. Other things to note ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Stairs++ Please note that there are approximately 30 stairs leading to the entrance of the house. If you have heavy luggage or physical limitations, we recommend considering an alternative accommodation option. ++Hot spring++ Please note that in case of heavy rain or other bad weather conditions, as well as ongoing construction work in the area, it may be temporarily impossible to use the host spring. If the hot spring is not available, 15% of the room charge for the applicable night will be refunded. (If you cannot use the hot spring only one night out of three nights, 15% of the accommodation fee for one night will be refunded) Additionally, we will provide a gas water heater so that you can continue to take baths during your stay. The outside bath is a hot spring and cannot be used when the hot spring is shut down. We appreciate your understanding in advance. ++Dog run++ The height of the fence is approximately 90cm. ++Number of guests++ If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++Parking++
 There is a parking space available for one car just one minute from the accommodation. If you require parking for more than two cars, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements. ++BBQ++ 
To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Please note that BBQs are not allowed when it is raining, as there is no extended roof at the accommodation. ++Fireworks&sparkles++ Fireworks or sparklers are prohibited on the premises. However, you can enjoy fireworks and sparklers that do not produce loud sounds at Atami Sun Beach, which is just a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. ++About noises++ The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you. ++Late Check-Out Policy++ In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
