Welcome to the Workshop, a studio with an industrial look that we have combined with some recycled items! Located in a small town building, behind the train station, you will enjoy a central location for discovering Annecy and its surroundings. The space Located in the city center, it is a short walk from the train station and 350 m from the Courrier Shopping Center. Ideal for running errands or indulging in a shopping spree. You benefit from a simple and flexible check-in, from 4pm to 11pm: - Building accessible by keypad - Keys available in a key box. This bright 20 m2 studio consists of a living room, kitchen area and adjoining bathroom/toilet. You will benefit from a quality sleep thanks to hotel bedding: - 140 x 200 double bed, Simmons mattress with soft feel and firm support. Soft and comfortable for a restful night, it is also hypoallergenic, antibacterial and anti-mite. - Cushions, duvet and bed linens provided. Summer or winter duvet depending on the season. - Bath towels provided, made of pure cotton with a high weight for maximum comfort. You have a 100 x 150 bath towel and a 50 x 90 terry towel per person. At the end of the bed, you will find a small relaxation area with two pretty armchairs and a turret converted into a side table. Why not challenge yourself with friends or as a couple, during a game of Uno? We have provided some small board games in the niche of the nightstand, for your quiet evenings or rainy afternoons! You have a fully equipped kitchen area: - Cooking basics, dishes, cutlery and utensils are provided - Induction cooktop and microwave to heat your dishes - Senseo coffee maker and kettle. We leave at your disposal coffee pods, a selection of tea and sugar, enough to warm you up after a nice walk on the banks of the Thiou or a hike in the mountains! - Of course, a refrigerator to keep your groceries cool! In summer, we offer a small bottle of water per person for your arrival - High table area with bar stools for your meal breaks In the bathroom, you have: - a singer table transformed into a vanity unit - a large 140 x 80 shower - bath mat provided - some household products for life's little accidents, you never know ;) Lighten your luggage! We fill the bathroom pump bottles with liquid hand soap and shower gel/shampoo. We don't have Gooogle Home or Alexa yet (maybe our vintage side...!), but a few nice little things: - high-speed Wi-Fi - access to a private Netflix and Disney+ session, to enjoy your favorite series and discover or re-discover movies at will Guest access Check-in is autonomous. The apartment is on the first floor without elevator access. We have two studios on the same landing. A small common entrance therefore serves both apartments. Private parking spaces in front of the building are strictly reserved for permanent residents of the building. Parking is available on the streets of the surrounding neighborhood (parking meter). You can also try Rue des Usines 100 m away, free but often already very popular with locals. The Courrier Shopping Center is a few minutes' walk for your basic shopping needs (Monoprix) or a shopping trip. Crossing the Shopping Center, you arrive directly in the city, Rue Carnot. Other things to note We have to admit something to you: our street is at the exit of the Courrier Tunnel. So there's regular traffic. This means that there is a little more sound activity than on a quiet street ;) However, rest assured, we have taken steps to make your stay more peaceful. The apartment is equipped with double glazing, which considerably reduces street noise. So you can enjoy the gentle hum of urban traffic without being disturbed. We can't promise absolute silence, but certainly the comfort of being close to the city center. If you are sensitive to noise despite this, we have earplugs available for your comfort, upon request. Update 08/29: Information for stays late August – early September: Internet is down. The Operator's technician must come on September 2nd. Thank you for your understanding. Long stay (from 14 nights): Mid-stay cleaning for stays can be arranged, upon request, at least 48 hours in advance. Extra charge: €50. Bed linen and bath towel change only (without cleaning): €25 Late checkout – €15 extra charge. Upon request and subject to availability, until 1 p.m. maximum. Pets - Extra charge: €5. Small pets are allowed in our studio. However, a few rules must be followed to ensure the cleanliness and serenity of the premises: Our animal friends are welcome, as long as they do not cause noise or damage. You are responsible and guarantor of the behavior of your pet and the good upkeep of the apartment. Only one pet can be accommodated. Do not let your companion climb on the armchairs or bed.
