Quiet hours during: 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM Please kindly respect our neighbors. We have zero tolerance for noise or disturbances. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Pet policy: Two (2) pets maximum. No pets under 6 months old and must be pre-approved with a $25 cleaning fee per booking. Pets are not allowed on furniture (sofa, couches, beds, etc). Please pick up after your pets, you will be responsible for any damages or additional cleaning. Parking: Shared parking in the backyard. Street parking will also be available. However, please do not park in front on the main driveway or block any cars from entering/exiting the property. Other information: Violation of house rules including but not limited to any illicit activities may result in immediate forfeiture of the property with additional fines. We will have team members performing scheduled weekly maintenance of the property which may include landscaping, trash, general repairs/upkeep. By booking this property, you agree to accept any and all risk of personal injury, illness, death or property damage including but not limited to any surrounding areas of the property and hereby release owners and associates of this property from any liability or responsibility. In addition, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree with the house rules and all policies in place.
