The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed, drawers and clothes hanging rail. There is a good size shower room. The flat is on the second floor. The building has 3 floors and the studio flat is the whole of the top floor, there are other tenants who are very quiet, it is a lovely Georgian house recently updated. There is a washer/drier available on the floor below. Guest access Boston has a bus and train station, both are about 5-10min walk. Buses and trains go to Lincoln, Skegness and many more places. Parking on the street outside is restricted to 1hr between 8am-6pm. Unrestricted between 5pm and 9am. There are several paid car parks available, however there is on road parking only about 2min walk away on York street and Field Street.
