The screened porch and lakeside fire pit are perfect for relaxing. The property has its own boat ramp and 2 kayaks are available for exploring. Sokokis Lake is a 172-acre, all-recreational lake located 2-hrs from Boston and within an easy drive to great attractions like Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Sebago Lake, water parks, Lake Winnipesaukee, etc. Guest access The main part of the house, firepit, lake, driveway, etc. Basement is used for owners storage and is not accessible. Other things to note Chromecast and DVD Player available.
