Welcome to our apartment. The property is a first floor flat, in a Victorian tenement block. A 10 walk to Edinburgh Haymarket Railway Station and tram stop, and on the main bus route to the city centre/Princes Street. 15 mins walk from Murrayfield stadium. We don’t charge a cleaning fee, so we appreciate guests helping us keep the flat clean and tidy. The space Welcome to our Dalry flat! Self check in on day of arrival. Towels will be available on arrival. Shampoo, conditioner and soap will be available. The kitchen space is equipped with a toaster, kettle, fridge, electric hob, dishwasher. Tea and coffee are provided, along with complementary snacks and drinks. There is also an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. There are 5v USB charging ports in every room to help you charge any devices. For early check in or late check out, we can sometimes accommodate, for an additional cost. For longer term holiday stays please ask. Please note this is a no smoking property, this includes inside and outside. Lastly we do not charge a cleaning fee, we do ask that all linen and towels be placed in the hall before you leave. Thanks! Guest access On street (payable) parking is available, this is the S4 controlled zone between Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30 at £3.10 per hour. No charge on Saturday and Sunday. Pay with cash at the machine, or download and use the Ringo app from your phone. Other things to note The apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs. The stair is residential, so we appreciate if guests respect this and our neighbours. Check in/out cannot be before 7am and after 10pm for this reason. If you have a flight out with this time then please book a property that can accommodate. We suit quiet stays and therefore ask respectful hours are kept when coming and going. Check-in 3pm onwards check out 10am. Self check in on day of arrival. For early or late check in or out we will try our best to accommodate any requests, however there is no availability for a left luggage service. Please do not smoke anywhere on the property, the stair, or outside on the street. Lastly, our place is not suitable for babies and children or the infirm.
