Cozy townhouse in Morada da Praia. The space High-ceiling townhouse focused on comfort and privacy. On the ground floor, after the entrance, there is a large, well-furnished integrated room with a living room, SmartTV, dining room and American-style kitchen, and a bathroom next to the stairs. Upstairs, we have 3 bedrooms, one master suite with an office (queen size bed), a main suite (double bed + single bed) and a guest bedroom (bunk bed + double bed), all with a balcony, air conditioning and SmartTV and sound in the suites. The master suite has a home-office and the house has 500 Mega WiFi internet. Outside, at the back, we have a balcony with a barbecue area, complete with kitchen items. It has a swimming pool, deck, toilet, pergola with a swing bench. The side has a cistern and automatic water pressurizer and washing machine. I left two bicycles so you could go for a ride. Parking spaces in front of the house for 2 large cars or up to 4 small cars. Guest access All the rooms in the house are available for use, except for the shed in the back where I keep my belongings and house maintenance parts. The pool engine room can only be accessed by the pool attendant and remains locked during the rental. Other things to note Note: For your convenience, the house has been recently renovated and is continuously receiving maintenance and improvements, such as: - SmartTV with integrated sound in the 2 suites and in the living room. - Wireless sound system for the living room. - New mattresses, furniture with maintenance done, kitchen utensils, gas always replenished, air conditioning sanitized, water tanks sanitized, frequent pest control, etc. - Wi-Fi lock, providing auto check-in/out. - 24-hour external security cameras and an internal one to assist with check-in/out (turned off during the rental). - General renovation and repainting of the accommodations carried out regularly. - Pool attendant during the stay. - Scheduled cleaning before and after the rental.
