Central 100+ year old house + garden (babyproof)

Welcome to our century-old house in Lombok, one of the most lively neighborhoods of Utrecht. Why stay at our spacious place? - Baby friendly - Walking distance from Utrecht Central Station and downtown - A bunch of cafés, bars and restaurants in 5 m walking - Fully equipped kitchen - Garden - Twinkling morning light through the stained glass - Great coffee - Plenty of board games in the house and a free petanque court and (unofficial) swim and BBQ-spot around the corner. - Solar panels. The space Our house has a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, large bedroom, guest bedroom, baby/children's bedroom and cozy garden. We have a baby ourself and can provide you with lots of baby necessities. The house was fully renovated in 2021. Please note that the guest bed room has a sofa bed/mattress that is 140 cm wide, and has one blanket that is even a little smaller. Hence it is on the small side for two adults. So please consider this. Also please consider that our stairs are steep. This is very common in old houses in our city but please consider this if you have any physical conditions. Guest access Livingroom, bathroom, kitchen and master bedroom. The guest bedroom and baby/toddler bedroom is not standard available to guests coming with two, but if you prefer so, we can prepare these too.
