Each room in the home has a view of Pikes Peak and each bedroom has a private bath and deck access. This home was completed in 2019 and is truly a custom home. High end kitchen with commercial appliances and granite countertops, 3 see through fireplaces and an 8 person hottub. Close to stores and restaurants and many area attractions. The space 3 see through gas fireplaces between living/dining room, master bedroom/bathroom and downstairs bar/lounge area. Hardwood floors throughout with carpeted bedrooms. In floor heat keeps the home at a consistent temperature and feels great on the feet! Back deck runs the length of the house and is approximately 1000 sq ft. Plenty of room for enjoying the view and outdoor living, deck is partially covered. Great hiking on the property and enjoy sledding and snowshoeing in the winter. We have glorious sunrises at the home and the view of Pikes Peak is constantly changing and amazing. 3 flatscreen TV's in living room and downstairs rec area with Dish network. 2 of the TV's are smart TV's so you can watch your personal favorites.
