Sunnycroft, in Historic Upton-on-Severn

Sunnycroft is a deceptively large late Victorian semi detached house, only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Upton. We have updated and modernised the house and it is a wonderful family home. We have a large garden with patio and decking areas along with a pavilion. It is an ideal location for anyone visiting Upton and one of the many festivals here. Malvern, Worcester, Tewkesbury, Evesham and the Cotswolds are only a short drive away. The space The property is over three floors, with steps into the house and two flights of stairs. On the ground floor we have lounge, dining room, kitchen, downstairs shower room and toilet, utility room and garden room. The first floor has three double bedrooms, ours, two guest rooms and the bathroom. The second floor has the attic double and single rooms, which we have listed as guest bedroom three. Guest access Guests are able to access the kitchen and dining room, along with the garden room, and all the garden areas. Guests are welcome to smoke outside, excluding the pavilion. During your stay I work full time but am always contactable for assisting guests with any issues or queries. Julie and I are very sociable and approachable. Other things to note We have a border terrier called Max, who is also very sociable and sleeps in the kitchen. Members of our family may well drop in from time to time.
