This cozy house is set in a quiet and safe neighborhood in DeKalb IL, it has plenty of sunlight, comfortable furniture, high speed internet and TV., your pet will love our big back yard!, there is a park across the street and trails at walking distance. We are five minutes away from NIU and downtown DeKalb, and also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee. The space This charming house has two bedrooms , living room, dining room, kitchen and one bathroom. It has a big fenced back yard where you can enjoy with your dog or just relax. Guest access The living room has a big sofa and a comfy recliner for a relaxing time. Next is another room with TV with Roku and High Speed internet and WIFI so you can stream your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel at home including toaster oven, keurig coffee maker, electric blender. The dining room has many windows and has plenty of room. We offer two bedrooms, each of them with comfortable queen size beds with lots of room for your luggage and clothes. The bathroom features a double shower and plenty of shelving for your personal items. You can park your car in our spacious driveway Other things to note We charge $25 pet fee, per pet for one time only.
