A great family-friendly place in the Country to make some memories. Enjoy summer splashing in the pool and hiking the 100+ acres! Please note, this is a Country property with resident spiders, bugs, wildlife etc. They have been there before us and will be there long after we are gone. If you look, you will find droppings from Kangaroos, Echidnas, Deer, Wombats etc. Pool has solar blanket Only. Its temperature depends on amount of sun and time of year. In April-November it is cold. NO spa. The space Exclusive use of 5 bedroom house plus swimming pool. Also available trampoline, half basketball court, motor cross jumps and burns (at your own risk). 2 large dams on the property where you can fish or swim. HEATING IS WITH LARGE WOOD HEATER ONLY. Heating rate can be varied with oxygen damper level at the bottom of the heater. If you are not 100% versed in starting fires on regular basis, firestarters are recommended. Wood is outside next to the driveway. It may be wet on outside but is dry inside and works 100% once started. If you remove the pool cover, please put it back each evening to prevent rubbish and leaves blocking the filter. Please leave all pipes in the pool or filter will not work and water will go green. Thais is a rural property and WiFi is very limited and very very slow and depending on weather non existent. Therefore no Netflix or other streaming services. Please DO NOT park in driveway as access is required to rear of the property. There is no rubbish collection at the property. You are required to take your rubbish with you. When departing please turn off all the lights. Thankyou Guest access Plenty of parking is available on the side of the driveway at the front of the house or next tot he shed behind the house. Please keep the driveway free as access is required to the rear of the property. Other things to note During the summer months, end of November-April fire restrictions apply with no open flame allowed. Starting a fire outside can cause bush fire and Police prosecution will result. WIFI reception is intermittent at the house. and when it works, it is slow. There is remote for the TV that turns the TV on, changes channels and volume. The house has air-conditioning downstairs only - kitchen/living/dining, 2 bedrooms. NO air-conditioning upstairs and no room fans. There is a house fan which can inject outside air inside. During hot days (say 30 degrees during the day and 19degrees during the night) we close the windows during the day and run air-conditioning on ground floor. Then at night once the outside temperature is lower than in the house, we open the windows and turn on the outside fan (the control is to left of the thermostat on the wall to left of the TV). This cools down the house. Then in the morning, we turn off the fan and close the windows. Heating is with large wood heater only. It provides plenty of heat.
