The house is located a 2-minute walk from downtown Canet on a fairly quiet street. In 5 minutes you can reach the beach and the train station. The house is bright, it is sunny all day long. The space The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, a dining room and kitchen, and a nice terrace. It's very, very bright. Two bedrooms are double, the third has a crib but with the possibility of putting a single bed of 90 or another double bed. The dining room has a folding table. The sofa is a very spacious chaise longue and a folding coffee table. The living room has a fireplace ideal for enjoying a warm winter night and relaxing with the noise of the fire. The terrace is spacious, with a table for 6-8 people and a barbecue to enjoy the holidays outdoors. Swimming pool: In August 2023 we inaugurated the swimming pool. The pool is at the bottom where I live. The price does not include use. Canet is a small town so you can walk to any part of the town. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, and a pharmacy on the same street.
