Silver Oak is an independent and exclusively designed 1 bedroom holiday home in our property Exuberance Stays. The holiday home is named after Silver Oak trees which grow at a very rapid pace in this soil and environment. The property is located at the village Koleri in Sultan Bathery, Wayanad. Even though this property is away from the hustle and bustle of the city all conveniences are easily accessible. Food delivery APPS, Amazon and other major service providers deliver to the place. The space Exuberance Stays have configured rooms to maximize comfort and convenience , we offer guests the comfort of a home , utility of a workspace, experience the silence and calmness of nature .The room is well furnished with a King sized bed and orthopaedic recommended Spring Mattress. Multipurpose table for dining , Full length windows to enjoy the scenic view, Electric kettle, mini refrigerator, silver ware, plates bowls are provided. Clean linen, Comforters, blankets, Towels, Body wash are also provided to guests Guest access The place has a typical village setting with clean and green surroundings. Guests can independently walk around the place. People are cooperative, nice and helpful Swimming Pool Rules for Guests Exuberance Stays, Wayanad, Kerala Pool Hours: Open daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Kindly adhere to these timings. Swim Attire: Only proper swimwear is permitted. Jeans, khakis, or inappropriate clothing are not allowed. Shower First: Please shower in the designated shower room before entering the pool. Children: Children under 12 years must be supervised by an adult at all times. No Diving: Diving is prohibited as the pool is shallow. Safety First: Avoid running, horseplay, or roughhousing around the pool. No Soap or Oil: Refrain from applying soap, lotion, or oil before entering or while in the pool to maintain water quality. Food and Drinks: Eat and drink only in designated areas. Glass containers are strictly prohibited. Cleanliness: Keep the pool area clean by disposing of trash in the bins provided. Health Precautions: Guests with open wounds or those feeling unwell should avoid using the pool.
