The space Tucked against a forested backdrop, Casa Verona is a bright, modern 2 bedroom + loft cottage designed for effortless comfort and connection. This fully equipped home away from home sleeps up to eight guests comfortably and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a stylish lakeside community escape. Inside, the open-concept layout features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and an airy living space with a cozy sectional, fireplace, and mounted Smart TV. The sleek kitchen if fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The adjacent dining area seats six and flows beautifully into the living space, making it perfect for gathering. Sleeping arrangements: 2 main floor bedrooms (1 king + Double Bunk Beds) Upstairs open concept loft bedroom with queen bed and pullout sleeper sofa 2 full bathrooms (one on each level) Step outside to your spacious deck complete with lounge seating, a gas fire table, dining area, and BBQ-perfect for evening grilling or morning coffee. Just below, you'll find a beautifully maintained green space and private hot tub area, ideal for kids to play or simply soaking in the sun. Extra's Included: EV charger (Tesla drivers: bring your adapter) Tennis Rackets, golf putters, and balls for guest use Outdoor games including ring toss, Jenga and Cornhole Your own private hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Located in La Casa Resort on Okanagan Lake, guests have seasonal access to pools, hot tubs, mini golf, hiking trails, a marina, tennis & pickle ball courts, lake front pebble beach, a playground, beach volleyball and seasonal rentals like kayaks, e-bikes, paddle boards and golf carts for a fun way to get around the resort! **This property includes stair access and is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations.** Guest access Guest will have exclusive access to the upper two floors of Casa Verona and the hot tub located on the lower patio. The lower-level suite is privately occupied and not part of the rental. The garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. La Casa Resort Amenities are available seasonally. Weekends Only (Friday-Sunday) and all holidays including Christmas Break & Spring Break 8am-10pm. Illuminated cross country ski & snowshoe trail - Weather permitting. Please enquire about any dates you may be concerned about. Other things to note Location Info: While our mailing address is in Kelowna, the resort is located about a 30-minute drive from Kelowna and 40 minutes from Vernon. There are no major grocery stores or gas stations along the way, so we recommend stocking up before you arrive. Our peaceful, off-the-beaten-path setting is ideal for a relaxing, “stay-in” getaway, with the option for day trips to nearby wineries, golf courses, and other local attractions. Please note: the roads leading to the resort are narrow and winding, especially closer to the property. We recommend driving during daylight hours if you’re unfamiliar with the area. On-Site Convenience: There is a small on-site store and kitchen offering counter service with a dining area. They serve ice cream, specialty coffee, and a variety of essentials to enhance your stay. You can also order groceries for delivery through Save-On-Foods in Westbank. Additional Notes: • The lower suite of the cottage is occupied. Please respect the privacy of those guests and do not attempt to access that area. • No refunds will be given for circumstances outside of our control such as weather, wildfire smoke, fear of driving on narrow roads, change of plans, or life events. Please consider purchasing appropriate TRAVEL INSURANCE for your trip. Water System: La Casa Resort is currently under a water advisory. The water is safe for bathing, washing dishes, and food preparation. Those who are immune compromised are advised to boil water for 3 minutes and allow it to cool before consuming. A Brita water jug is provided, and guests may wish to bring bottled drinking water if preferred. Resort Amenities: Resort amenities such as pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, mini golf and beach access are seasonal and typically operate from May through October. Amenity availablity is managed by the La Casa Resort strata and may occasionally change or close without notice, which is outside of our control. 2026 Amenity Notice: The middle resort hot tubs are currently under construction. At this time there is no confirmed reopening date for the 2026 season. This may also affect the timeline for the resort main pool area.
