For short or long-term stays. It is ideal for a family or group of friends with up to 5 people. With wooden floors and rustic finishing, it has a full kitchen and linen (bed and bath linens included). We are a few steps (100 meters) from the beach in Campeche, 2 minutes on foot. Located in the Lomba do Sabão region, a well-known point in the south of the island and Campeche. Campeche Beach is beautiful! The water is transparent, the sand is white and there is a paradise island just in front. A special place for those who enjoy waking up early and watching the sunrise on the beach, surfing, walking... In a safe and simple residential neighborhood. The street is made up of houses of natives, fishermen, surfers, houses for tourism or people who came to Florianópolis in search of quality of life. It's a residential development, so the land has other houses. Access to the house is through the garage gate, which also gives access to another house/townhouse where we live with the family and our dear dog Locky, very gentle and friendly. The entrance to the house is by the wooden staircase. The kitchen is complete with furniture and utensils, a dining table, chairs/armchairs for watching TV, and a queen-size bed in this open environment that connects to a bedroom with a Smart TV and Netflix. The bathroom is also on this floor. Finally, on the second floor, our spacious, airy mezzanine with blackout curtains. There is a large window on one side, overlooking the neighborhood, and a small window on the other side of the house. In this space, we have a queen-size bed, space for a home office and a single bed. We have an air-conditioner (cold) on the mezzanine. And good fans for the rest of the house, which serves well during the hottest days. And we have a portable heater for colder days. The Laundry is on the ground floor with washing machines and a sink. We also have a dryer (use charged separately R$ 30.00 reais per cycle). Check availability for the use of bicycles, which are in the residential area. At certain times during the year, without interfering with or disrupting stays, we will make some improvements to the residential area and the house to offer more comfort and privacy to everyone.
