With 3 floors, high ceilings, and a rustic style, our house is bathed in natural light and fresh breezes, featuring a spacious backyard in touch with nature. Here, you'll have the chance to meet other guests and exchange cultural experiences in the shared spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with hammocks for relaxing, laundry facilities, and two cozy living rooms. We strive to maintain an always calm, clean, and organized environment for your comfort. Don't miss the incredible sunset view from the office balcony! The location is perfect: very close to the campus and the town center, everything is within walking distance in a safe and quiet area. Our two friendly dogs love making new friends! If coming by car, please ask us about garage space availability. Guest access The kitchen, living rooms, garden, and pool are all available for you to relax and have fun. For your convenience, we offer the use of the washing machine for a small fee of R$20 per cycle, with soap and softener included. And if you need a parking spot in the garage, just let us know so we can check availability. We'll do our best to accommodate you! During your stay I like to personally welcome each of my guests and interact! I'm always happy to chat, share meals, have a drink, recommend the best local bars and restaurants, and also the city's top cultural attractions! It will be a pleasure to host you and tell you about my home and my local area! Other things to note We love welcoming guests to our home! To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, it's important to mention that our house has several flights of stairs. While part of the home's charm, this can make access a bit challenging for young children, elderly guests, or those with reduced mobility. Bringing joy to our home, we have two very fun and playful dogs who love making new (human) friends! To maintain a harmonious environment and ensure good coexistence with our pets, our space is more suitable for adult guests. For this reason, and to ensure everyone's peace of mind, we unfortunately cannot accommodate children or other pets. We greatly appreciate your understanding!
