Topaz Ranch - A Gem in the Desert

Topaz Ranch gives you the best of both worlds! You're located 5 miles south of the town of Cave Creek and 15 minutes north of Desert Ridge - a shopping center with many eating and entertainment options. Topaz Ranch is also located on an acre in a quiet, rural neighborhood. This rustic home is ideal for guests who want to relax by the pool, enjoy nature, or hike/bike the many nearby trails. For those traveling with pets: Please contact us, as a $50 pet fee will need to be added to your total. The space Topaz Ranch is a dual home. The two separate living spaces are connected by only one common wall. Full time tenant lives in front space, back space is the AirBNB. Parking & Entering the Ranch As you drive north on 58th St, pass the address sign at the driveway following the arrows around to the short split rail fence. Turn right and continue following the road and arrows. Turn right at the Parking sign. Park in carport or anywhere nearby. Follow “red door” sign to enter Topaz Ranch. You’ll receive Keypad instructions once your booking is confirmed! Sleeping Options Besides the two bedrooms, the third sleeping space is a den with a day bed containing two twins and a double futon foldout couch. One television is in the den as well as a small desk area. Second t.v. is in the living area with DVD player and is wifi capable. If you have an Amazon or Netflix account, your source of entertainment are many. Otherwise, you can watch the local t.v. stations by antennae. Don't forget to enjoy the beautiful outdoors, too! Check the gorgeous sunsets from the pool deck or enjoy a fire in the Chimenea. The evening sky is spectacular. Guest access Guests have access to Topaz Ranch through their own private, separate keyless entry. You share 1 and 1/3 acres of desert with the owner, her dog and a lot of wildlife. The owner lives in a totally separate building on the back of the property. You have full access to the pool and 2 private patios. Please, note, we don’t allow parties, we don’t allow unregistered guests to use the pool without permission. Topaz Ranch is located in a quiet neighborhood and we respect the surrounding community. More generally, if you’d like guests to visit you during your stay, you must check with your hosts before booking! Other things to note Do not smoke inside the house! Dog-friendly place You can bring a dog with you on your stay for an additional $50 fee. However dogs are now allowed on the furniture or in the pool area. There is a large fenced dog run with doggie door access. One friendly dog lives on the property, however, she'll be in her own fenced space.
