Boutique hotel-inspired bathroom (on second floor) remodeled only a couple years ago, with high-end toiletries in shower. A bedroom with 4 twin beds (bunk style), with a couch that can be slept on. Another private bedroom with a queen bed and TV. The third floor features an open loft hosting a double bed, with a private bath. Air mattress. For your entertainment, the house has a Yamaha electric piano (weighted 88 keys), two TV’s to watch your streaming apps (no cable), and various games for your enjoyment. A high chair and pack n’ play are provided. Baby bath and baby monitor provided free on request. Well behaved dogs ARE allowed at no extra charge, making this property the best value in all of Hagerstown. We know you’ll this so too! Guest access You have access to the entire house, porch, and small fenced-in backyard. Other things to note Per Airbnb new regulations, no parties allowed. Sleeping capacity of 11 people includes couches and air mattresses. You may have more guests than beds, but I cannot guarantee comfortable accommodations- if you don’t mind, I don’t either. Recent lead testing certificate granted: 5/24 Note: City of Hagerstown *does* require lead testing for all rentals, including Airbnb. We are one of the few that actually do this. There is an exterior camera on the front porch facing the street and entrance to the property. This video footage is not shared or regularly monitored, and only temporarily records for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in cats, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents.
