My apartment is located in the heart of La Latina, the perfect starting point to discover Madrid on foot, enjoy neighborhood life and with excellent communication within a few minutes walk (metro, bus, etc.). The space The apartment is very bright, spacious (126 m2) and cozy, and you have a double room and a private bathroom at your disposal. You can also make use of the other shared spaces (living room, kitchen, second bathroom, balcony), and I will gladly help you with whatever you need during your stay. The apartment does not have air conditioning, but your room has a powerful ceiling fan. Welcome! Other things to note We adopted a small, very friendly and funny dog in April 2024.
