One block off the island's main street, and close to all the restaurants & shopping. Owners live on site & are happy to answer any questions & provide information about the island, restaurants & local attractions. The space Brand new home with a private, spacious downstairs suite. Easily check yourself in with the keyless entry. Please park on the RIGHT side of the drive. Guest access Guests will have access to the private DOWNSTAIRS suite (which includes a living space, dining area & large bathroom) as well as outside shower with cold/hot water, beach chairs & beach towels. Other things to note We have a dog, but it lives upstairs and does not have access to the downstairs/front area. Sorry, but our house rules do NOT ALLOW PETS or CHILDREN (birth - 18yo). We appreciate you not requesting us to change our policy.
