Independent room in the main house. Warning: it is not a suite! The bathroom is shared only with the hostess, who lives in the house. LOCATION: 5 km from Praia Grande. Silop neighborhood, central region of Ubatuba. The room has a double bed and an extra double bed (reserve). Sleeps up to 4 people. Guests will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and backyard with the host. It has a garage on the premises. WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS, SHEETS, OR PILLOWS. The space It's a simple place with good value for money. Guest access Guests have access to the yard, kitchen, bathroom and garage. These spaces are shared with the hostess, who lives alone in the house. During your stay Guests can forward messages or chat in person whenever they want. Other things to note There are cats on the property. For this reason, there is a screen on the bedroom window. When leaving the room, we recommend leaving the door closed to prevent them from entering.
