Spacious and modern kitchen with an open floor plan through the living room and dining area and a lovely wood-burning fireplace. Convenient to all grocery stores and shopping in Tuscaloosa and only about 5 miles from campus! Perfect for a comfortable gameday weekend! The space This house is big and spacious but is also very cozy, especially with a fire burning! Easy access to the city through multiple routes but retreat back into a quiet, lovely neighborhood. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and lovely backyard and patio. Grill available as well. We do not have cable, but guests can access every streaming platform: Netflix, Hulu, WatchESPN, Amazon Prime, Starz, and HBO. Other things to note Attention to potential guests with allergies - we do have 2 cats on our property. They do not stay inside; they stay in our garage. However, we want to make you aware in case of allergies and to let you know that you may here them meowing from time to time.
