This XVIII Century House was rescued in 2020-21 by my partner and myself as architect-designers, with help of a skillful team of artists and craftspeople. + Privacy and Silence. + Terraces, garden and view. + Small unheated plunge pool with Sun deck. + Fully equipped open kitchen. + Three independent rooms: - One with A/C and private bathroom - One with a small living room inside - A smaller studio/bedroom with A/C First morning's breakfast included ! The space The house comfortably combines interior and exterior living, which makes it ideal thanks to Oaxaca's weather. The 3,000sqft complex provides everyone with a spot to enjoy a moment at any time of the year, even with bigger groups. It features two main bedrooms accessed from a central courtyard. - One with A/C, caliKing bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. - The second one with a king-sized bed, includes a small living room, high ceilings, and a full bathroom a couple steps away accessed through a small patio. - A third room, also accessed from the central courtyard, may be used as an extra bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as a private working area with a desk, or as a children's room with toys, books and crayons. An elevated and roofed kitchen/dinning area makes it the main place to be during the day, with a fresh breeze cooling it even on the hottest days of the year thanks to its openness: no wall, glass or mesh separates you from the open central patio, which is a few feet below and full of native vegetation. Walking up the stairs, you will find, A roof terrace with a covered living room, An uncovered deck with lounge chairs and a small unheated plunge pool, Ideal for a fresh sunbath! We offer the first morning's breakfast that is included in every stay, prepared at the house with an authentic local taste. Ask us for the option of including it for every morning. You will feel like living in the country side, yet just a few blocks away from centro, in a city that is more and more crowded with very small living units.
