Priddbwll is a traditional stone farmhouse less than 2 miles from the pretty local village of Llansannan with a good pub, small shop and post office. Situated in a rural setting on actively managed farmland and accessed via an unpaved farm track (500yds), the house has beautiful views over the Afon Aled Valley which leads down from Llyn Aled (Aled Lake). Priddbwll is in a remote area ideal to escape for a relaxing holiday. The space Priddbwll, a comfortable detached farmhouse has a ground floor kitchen diner leading to the lounge with cosy log burner. the newly renovated entrance has plenty of room for walking boots, leading to the utility and WC. Upstairs are the three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin) and the family bathroom (bath with shower over). The garden to the front, side and rear of the house is enclosed and has beautiful views over the valley from the front as do the front bedrooms, lounge and dining room. Facilities include parking for 3 cars, full central heating, washing machine, induction hob, slow cooker, Coffee Pod Machine, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave, 55" flat screen TV with access to Netflix/Disney/Prime (with subscription) and DVD player. Bed linen and towels are supplied, heating and electricity and non-restricted 4G WiFi are included in the tariff. Sorry but this is a no smoking property. Priddbwll has been award 4 star rating by Visit Wales grading scheme for self-catering accommodation.
