The lower floor is a large space that connects cooking, dining, living, and working. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any kind of meal: cooker, oven, pots, utensils, blender, coffee maker, and water heater. The dining table is for six people. Living space features a 50" TV with a cable subscription. TV can be used as an additional display for notebooks via HDMI. Working space has an Ethernet connection. WIFI is available and free. The upper floor is two bedrooms with two queen-size beds, a large bathroom containing a large bathtub equipped with a massage system, and a big shower cabin for maximum relaxation. Guest access The apartment is situated in a calm, tree shadowed street, only residential traffic. Free private parking for guests is provided on-premises. The main bus and main railway stations are 15min walk away. Across a street is a small supermarket, at each end of the cozy street are pharmacies.
