'N1 London Studio' is a recently refurbished luxury three room suite set within in a tranquil courtyard garden. Immediate bus routes outside connect to City of London, Old Street, London Bridge, West End & Waterloo. Close walking to/from Angel, Canonbury, Liverpool St, Highbury, Angel Islington, Haggerston & Old Street. 100m from award winning food/drink options incl: the chic De Beauvoir Deli. Minutes from the Regents Canal, Broadway Market, 'cool' Dalston, 'edgy' Shoreditch. The space *We're proud of our 5.0 rated cleaning regime and we have upped the ante in light of COVID to protect you - to help us with our enhanced clean we may not be able to offer late check out or early check in. If you have been ill or unwell during your stay please let us know so we can deep clean the studio. The bedroom suite includes a large kingsize bed, super fast wifi, workstation/desk, wall mounted smart TV (Netflix included) & table + 2 chairs for eating. Sleep like a baby! There are 3 x pillow types on the bed, 1 x soft, 2 x medium/soft and 1 x firm. The bed is set up for the season with a 4/7 or 13.5 tog duvet and 100% cotton bedding from The White Company. The ensuite shower room includes a toilet, sink, large mirror, new high pressure shower and luxury toiletries from Faith in Nature. (We refill toiletries to keep down plastic waste, please don't dispose of empty containers) The ensuite kitchenette includes a toaster, kettle, sink, fridge and microwave. A complimentary pack containing all the basics is provided to every guest including freshly ground coffee, wine, beer, tea, milk and sugar etc. Guest umbrella available for guests. Feel free to use the bistro table and chairs in the garden courtyard, you'll find 4 seat pads under the bed during summer (no smoking in these areas unfortunately). There is a yoga mat a roller and light weights in the studio. 'N1 London Studio' is self-contained with an ensuite kitchenette and bathroom. I sometimes live in a 2 bed flat next door. Reach out for different dates or packages for longer stays. Additional spaces available in the main flat for larger groups. 'N1 London Studio' sits within 'The Sydney Building' which contains 9 further flats. The development is super quiet (at night) and private. Guests are asked to be quiet in the common areas when coming and going after 10pm. Guest access 'De Beauvoir N1 Studio' is self-contained with an ensuite kitchenette and bathroom. We sometimes live in a 2 bed flat next door. The studio is private and the entrance is separate. You'll have your own door and keys to enter and exit the studio space. The studio has a bluetooth bell to the right of the gate, inside the studio the bell is situated beside the bed (within bluetooth range of the gate). If you are expecting deliveries please ensure the bell is turned on. You will need to collect food deliveries at the gate of the building ensuring the gate is secure at all times. Please note to access the studio there are steps. 3 steps up to the upper ground level, plus a spiral staircase down to the lower ground courtyard level. Where possible, please avoid dragging suitcases over the cobbled courtyard. Other things to note 'N1 London Studio' sits within 'The Sydney Building' which contains 9 further flats. The development is super quiet and private. Guests are asked to be quiet when coming and going after 10pm and the security gate remains closed at all times. Please ensure gate is shut at all times. For food deliveries please collect at the grey gate otherwise delivery drivers will disturb other residents by ringing their bells. A Wifi bell is attached to the right of the grey gate for 'The Studio'. This is plugged in beside your bed but you might need to switch on if you are expecting deliveries.
