Electicity n gas shall be paid by counter if you use heating in cold season or leave light when you are out. Little shop with needed things 3 mins by walk, huge supermaket in a few bus stops, you may buy got fresh milk and eggs from neighbors. Wi-fi, all rooms fridge, oven, tv set, washing mashine, garden,you may come with your furniture or if you stay fof long period we may consider buying new one at the rent payment account. As much as it is needed. Breakfast is not included but if you really want breakfasts or cooking it's possible to organise additionally.
