Situated on our 45-acre farm, we invite you to enjoy the beauty of Blue Knob, one of the Northern Rivers’ best kept secrets. Relax, unplug and unwind at our off-grid, solar-powered bungalow surrounded by lush green paddocks and bushland. Complete with modern amenities, you will have all the comforts of home. The large, covered deck area provides the perfect space to enjoy the outdoors and take in the incredible view of Blue Knob. The space Our off-grid bungalow consists of a studio space with a queen sized bed, full kitchen (no microwave or oven), ensuite bathroom and external composting toilet (loo with a view!). There is a large, covered wrap around deck with a BBQ, dining table, comfy day bed and Adirondack chairs. A fire pit is available when it isn’t bushfire season. The statutory bushfire danger period for Lismore shire is the 1st of September until the 1st of March. Games and picnic items are available for your use underneath the lounge. The space is well equipped with all amenities for you to relax and enjoy the peace of our property! Guest access You are welcome to explore within the boundaries of our property. There are some nice spots for a picnic or glass of wine with amazing views of Blue Knob! Our property is a working finger lime farm, so we ask that guests do not wander through the orchards or crops due to biosecurity protocols and to not pick any fruit or plant material. Other things to note Please note that the outdoor fire pit will not be available for use during the statutory bushfire danger period, which is the 1st of September until the 1st of March for our shire (Lismore).
