Modesto is located between the bay area and Yosemite,San Francisco,Lake Tahoe ,3.4 miles reach to Doctors Medical Center and 7.3 miles reach to Kaiser Permanente Modesto Medical Center. It's a good place for nurses and pleasure trips. Living here is very convenient.There are many shops in less than 1 Mile:Rivets American Grill; Mcdonald's;Chefs of New York;Starbucks;Subway;Save Mart.There are 2 parks within less than 1 Mile:Orchard Park and Ellison Park.From our home to the gym is only 0.2 Mile. The space This bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, One of the rooms in the house. Shares the house and 1.5 bathrooms with other guests. This house is in a desirable and beautiful neighborhood of Modesto (a city between San Francisco and Yosemite). We provide most other essentials you may need that are stocked in the bedroom. Guest access The kitchen has a fridge,2- slice toaster and a microwave oven.Unlimited fast WiFi.Common areas are accessible at all times to guests. Including kitchen, dining room. Kitchen Amenities: Stove Microwave and refrigerator only，Guests responsible for cookware and dinnerware. In the summer, the air conditioner’s min temperature is 73°F. During your stay Guests can text me if you have any questions and I will respond as soon as possible (usually within ten minutes). You can ask me any questions, I don't mind that. Other things to note You share the 1.5 bathroom with other guests. We have enough parking spaces,please don't park your car in front of the neighbors. The video doorbell we installed is to help new guests who don’t know how to open the door. If the video doorbell makes you uncomfortable, please do not make a reservation, thank you!
