The space Terre de Doue is an 18th century Briard house on 3 levels, spacious with its 150 m². The house is tastefully renovated to keep the authenticity and its Briard character. For your comfort, the Gîte is labeled 3 ears. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room (fireplace and 4K smart TV), laundry room-wc, cellar. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet 2nd floor: dryer area The fully enclosed and wooded garden allows you to relax in peace.
