Comfort like your own 3-BR home in Fishtown nhbrhd

Our beautiful home is located in the heart of Fishtown, the coolest neighborhood in Philadelphia! We're walking distance to the best cafes, bars and restaurants in Fishtown and Northern Liberties. You can get around the entire city easily with uber/lyft, but we're also close to the Berks St. stop, taking you to center city in 10 min. We have two guest rooms. Each room comes with a free bottle of wine and spring water! We are warm & friendly people who enjoy hosting guest in our amazing city! The space We live in a beautiful, three story, three bedroom rowhome in the heart of Philly's hottest neighborhood. Lots of common living space and an awesome back patio to hang out on. We have all three bedrooms available to our guests. The third floor master suite includes and in-suite master bathroom with a large soaking tub. On the second floor we have two additional rooms. First, a spacious room with a queen size bed, work station, dresser, TV with an Amazon Fire account (includes Netflix, Hulu, Prime, HBO), and plenty of natural light. Additionally, the smaller second floor bedroom has a comfy futon that converts into a bed with a table and closet space. There is also an additional full bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Fresh towels are available for both bathrooms. Guest access Hang out downstairs in the living room, dining room, kitchen or patio to work or relax. Prepare food in our open and light filled newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a built-in dishwasher. We have also included a wide range of restaurant recommendations in our guest book. There are sooo many great spots just in walking distance! Unwind out back on our patio with a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the morning. Other things to note We are happy to be flexible with your requested check-in time. However, we do ask that you arrive within a 30 minute window of the time you requested. We do understand that there can be travel delays, so please keep us updated if expecting to arrive late.
